Top-10 finish for Sebastien and Nissan e.dams in London E-Prix

Buemi scores points in penultimate Formula E double-header of Season 8.

The team showed strong pace at the ExCeL London exhibition centre in Formula E’s most unique race, with part of the circuit based inside the arena.

In the 13th round on Saturday, Sebastien Buemi finished in 15th place after a difficult qualifying session. In the race, he finished in 11th place after receiving a five-second penalty. In the 14th round, the Swiss driver qualified in 6th place and managed to keep this same position at the end of the race.

“I’m really happy with our performance. Qualifying was so tight on Saturday and we started P15, despite being close to the Duels. The pace was good and we just missed out on points, but we put that right on Sunday. Making it into the Duels, I started P6 and battled really hard to finish in the same position. That was probably our maximum, and I’m excited for the season finale in Seoul.” Sebastien Buemi
